Shipping Policy
At Hyderabad Home Furniture, we ensure safe and timely delivery of our products. We supply and deliver furniture across all areas of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Delivery timelines depend on factors such as product availability, order quantity, customization requirements, and delivery location.
Once an order is confirmed, our team will share the estimated delivery timeline with the customer. Ready-made furniture may be delivered sooner, while customized or bulk orders may require additional production time. All products are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation. Customers are requested to ensure proper access to the delivery location for smooth unloading. Any delay caused due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately
Return & Exchange Policy
At Hyderabad Home Furniture, every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of furniture items, returns or exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions.
Returns or exchanges are considered only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, subject to verification by our team. Any such issues must be reported at the time of delivery or within a short period after receiving the product, along with clear images or proof.
As most furniture items are bulky and may be customized, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, color choice, or design selection. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once a return or exchange request is approved, we will coordinate the next steps and provide suitable resolution. Our aim is to ensure fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction in every case.
